Been coming for 3 years. Love the coaching and the community of this gym. They made me fall in love with CrossFit!
Both Zach and Jake are superb trainers that provide individualized instruction despite large classes. Moreover, the atmosphere is one of positivity, collaboration and healthy competition, where all levels of athletes can thrive.
Not many CrossFit gyms like this one out there. Family like atmosphere, coaches that care, and you’re never cheated of a good workout.
