Bloodhound Inspections is the absolute BEST! I have never had a more thorough inspection. They found everything, from the smallest cracks in our paint to a gas leak in out attic!! We had them inspect our new build home 1 month before the builders 1 year warranty expired and Bloodhound found 40+ pages of stuff that needed to be repaired/fixed...to include the gas leak in our attic! THESE guys inspected a brand new build for me ( 2 times) in Feb & March 2020. They missed the screen that was covering the dryer vent on the roof of the house. The screens are put there by builders so birds do nest etc while building is happening. Our dryer electronics were telling us to clean dryer. Finally hired a vent cleaner and he found a very thick lint pile at the screen on the roof. I asked my real estate agent about it and she called him up and he said he will pay me back the fee to repair. The cost is just over $20... read more
