The woman who took my blood did an amazing job. It was painless which I cannot always say when I give blood
I have been donating regularly for about two years. I always go to the Racine location. The ENTIRE staff is nothing short of amazing. They are so professional and welcoming. I also want to say that their work is so critical! Too often, it's us donors that get the praise, but we would be useless without these amazing people (phlebotomists). They are in the trenches, day in and day out. Thank you!
