The longest wait. I was there an hour as a new client. Apparently they have 1 person checking people in. The room was full of new people. While waiting g, they called you by name. I waited. Seeing people come in 10 mins ago, get called in. Everyone appeared confused as how it all goes down. The laminated page they give you is a joke. By the time I would have been done they wod have been closed. I was there at 1230 and walked out at 145. They only have 4 staff members? That's not good.
