You turned my hair orange when I wanted a balayage. This wasn’t recently but I’m finally able to review. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone with jet black hair. Didn’t even offer to fix it. I message you on IG and you ignored me. As you can see in my photo other salons have been able to correct your errors. The fact that I left orange and you knew it is really upsetting. I didn’t deserve to pay full price plus extra for more product when you didn’t even do what you were supposed to do.

This would have been my first visit. Bailey canceled on me 2 1/2 hours before my appointment. Claims she overbooked. She offered the date to me, I didn’t request it so how could she not know her own schedule? I had to move things around on my schedule in order to take the date she offered. Not a good start with what would have been a new client. Oh well… things happen for a reason. Good Luck
