I made an appointment the night of 4/21 for 4/22 at 9 am. I waited and no one came. I called and some girl answered the phone I explained about how I wasn’t sure if I made an appointment correctly, and if she could help me. She said she would find out where the girl that was going to draw my blood was at then would give me a call back. She never called me back she never helped me to try to make a new appointment or anything. I really needed these tests done. Marcelite was amazing! I live in an area where we don’t have phlebotomy services close to us, she came out, and took care of everything! So kind, patient, and personable. My Husband and I had a lab kit that needed to be sent out overnight UPS, after she left our house she informed us when it was dropped off and provided tracking info. Great communication! Thank you so much!!
