Blood draw center was terrible for me. There was one lady, barely speaks to you.. got in the door “sign here”.. I signed while she was checking others patients in on the computer, so I waited patiently to ask her something, she ignored me and just went on calling people to get in the room.. they just sit and age there while she keeps on her document scanning.. then another lady came in to the waiting area, and after I waited already 35 minutes she took her in before me..!! My experience at the Blood Draw location in Wilton 3/15/25 was very positive and simple. The phlebotomist Diana was great. Drawing blood from either arm has become difficult over time and can be tricky. Today's blood test was easy. Thanks to Diana.
The other reviews were so negative but I had a good experience. I went first thing in the morning and was seen immediately. Very friendly, professional staff.

This is the only place I will allow to draw my blood The staff are great techs are painless quick and never a wait Highly recommend
