Kate is phenomenal, I have veins that disappear when you try to attach to them, but Kate gets in every time. Love her!

One star. Absolutely insane how they handled things. Walked in to donate, mentioned I'm on prescription TRT-testosterone replacement therapy-and they booted me out mid-process with no explanation. Not a word. Nothing on their site warns about this either. And get this-they're out here begging for free blood to save lives, but nope, kicked to the curb. Tried calling the director three times, left voicemails, got crickets. Feels like a scam, wasting people's time and goodwill. Avoid this place if you want to donate blood!
I've donated many times. I've had problems a couple of times: needle not placed correctly and blood spilling on the floor, bandage put on arm prior to blood stopping and bleeding all over the place in the canteen but I still continued to donate. Today, they lost me. The blood drive at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior was either over-subscribed or understaffed.
