RecommendedEmployees make sure their donors are feeling well before they leave. Donated yesterday and got lightheaded and could feel I was going to fall so had on the wall so I wouldn't get hurt. Employees there made sure I was okay before I was able to leave. I would highly recommend this office.

Doctors orders has been sent for a month now. They have called we have called, we even stopped by, still no one has orders. We were told the guy in Chattanooga that gets the orders would call us. He didnt. We were told a lot in the last month. If the condition that is the cause of having to use Blood Assurance is life threatening, it is a terrible way to be treated. Even if not, it is still no way to be treated. Could someone let us know something?
