Staff was kind and considerate. CO office says I can't donate blood because I have an order that expired six years ago but still need a Dr to cancel the expired order. Appointment was set online with no indication of this issue. Drove for over 30 minutes away from home to be turned away. They could not give me the supposed Drs name on the expired order so I have no clue who to contact. Can't recommend this company at this time.
This was a great place three years ago when I found it after my red blood cell count spiked. I donated regularly and loved the place, especially compared to the Red Cross I had used in Marietta. Sadly, it seems the place was bought by another company a year or so ago and most of the good is now gone. Preciously, the staff was super professional, very capable and I never had an issue.
