First time going there today…what a blessing! Great staff, truly professional! No worries and no stress ♥️♥️♥️
Today was my first time giving blood. I want to say thank you to Beth, Gracie, D.J. and Connie. You guys are awesome. Everything was explained and I felt comfortable and taken care of. I am a "hard" stick and Beth was able to get it the first time. I will definitely be donating again.
I am speaking on behalf of my husband. He has had very good experience with blood donations at this location until a recent visit. They didn’t stick the needle in correctly and caused a lot of pain. Who ever did this brushed it off like it was not a big deal. They took absolutely no accountability. Furthermore, they didn’t replace fluid back in to compensate the blood level which made him not feel well. His arm is now so swollen and he is unable to perform at his job fully due to pain, discomfort, bruising etc. Do better!
The staff was incredibly nice, very helpful. It was a totally painless procedure and if I have to go back again, it will only be here.
