They are doing a great job with what they have, and don't get nearly enough people coming in to donate like they should. Please donate despite one other person waiting 20 and then deciding not to give blood again because she was impatient
After getting multiple emails I decided to swing by the donation center. When I arrived I kindly asked the lady at the desk how long it would be. Her reply was, "about 30 minutes". I signed in and waited for 20 minutes and noone had spoke to me or acknowledged I was there. They had only 1 other person inside already donating and one setting up to donate. I am very disappointed and I wont be donating anytime soon.

Hands down an amazing group of people. When the American red cross told me I'd have to pay up to $160.00 for ONE Phlebotomy treatment (same as donating) & that my blood was "tainted" because I have Polycythemia Vera (a disorder of the bone marrow) I was lost considering I might have to have this treatment up to twice a week for the rest of my life!
