These people are very very unprofessional I had a direct donation and they don't like that because they aren't getting the blood so they was very rude every donor I brought in they denied them on purpose when I need my surgery soon if you want to donate please use someone else. Also they said if I came back in 1 more time they was going to deny me anyway and if my surgery Is so important why did I wait so long but I even had my surgery put off 2 times to get this done and they deny everyone I bring. So I got the pleasure of dealing with a redhead as I walked in the door she was the receptionist on 4-12-24..After she put down her phone and then only after she got done telling her coworker about whoever she was textings day, she then decided she would deal with the person in front of her. The lack of care oozing from her demeanor and the look on her face. She clearly hates her job and she was less than helpful I decided to leave.
