Every time I go into Bloo Monkey, they are beyond kind. They always remember me, and have given WONDERFUL flavour suggestions, and tips for keeping my vape in pristine condition. Just the other day I witnessed Jenn handle a particularly unsavory customer, who demanded a return. Their policy is up in a clear and open place, as it should be, but this customer refused to acknowledge it and said some very rude things.
