I had an appt with krissy and enjoyed her and the products she sold me. i rescheduled with her the following month, but forgot that I had another appt that day and needed to reschedule . They then threatened me that if I couldnt come in that day for an appt they would charge me 50% of what the session would have cost(probably would have been alot of money because I was going to get something expensive done - though they never notified me the price of that either). Most of our clients are booked over the phone and our cancellation policy is part of the booking conversation. Had a massage a week ago. It was wonderful! Gina really made me feel refreshed afterwards. I just went back a week later and got a last minute hair cut. Chopped 11 inches off with Sarah who did a great job. Love my new do!
I was so excited to try blondies are hearing all the positive reviews, however I had a very poor experience. I booked my appointment for 12 to have my hair styled for my wedding. At 12:20 I asked how much longer my wait would be and was told at least 20 minutes!
