i had a great experience!!! i got my hair dyed for the first time and cut for the first time in a while and the results are fantastic!!! z was my stylist and did a great job

I had eyebrow tinting about 10 days ago here. I was informed that it’d look darker for a few days and will get bold by the 4th or 5th day. Im on day 10 and it didnt even slightly get bolder. I called them 3 times and asked what should I do. Every single time, what they say is that they’ll get the girl who did my eyebrows reach out to me. Noone did. Paid over $30 for what exactly? To get ignored? Customer service is 1/10..
My dad loved getting his haircut by Sarah in the newton location. She has alot of spunk and great energy. She used to cut my hair and I always enjoyed chatting with her. I would recommend her and I know my dad would too.

I’m very simple with my haircuts but typically downplay my pickiness for the types of simplicities I’m looking for.
