Ava was very kind and friendly! She took great care of me and accommodated me with whatever I needed. I was provided water and a snack which was lovely. My kerastase ritual hair service left me with a color I adore and a healthy feeling that I haven’t felt in a long time. The scalp massage that comes with the ritual was very relaxing. My hair feels so soft and looks so shiny! She did a great job

I had eyebrow tinting about 10 days ago here. I was informed that it’d look darker for a few days and will get bold by the 4th or 5th day. Im on day 10 and it didnt even slightly get bolder. I called them 3 times and asked what should I do. Every single time, what they say is that they’ll get the girl who did my eyebrows reach out to me. Noone did. Paid over $30 for what exactly? To get ignored? Customer service is 1/10..
My dad loved getting his haircut by Sarah in the newton location. She has alot of spunk and great energy. She used to cut my hair and I always enjoyed chatting with her. I would recommend her and I know my dad would too.
