UPDATE: Since I’m not able to respond directly to the salon’s response, I’m updating my original review here. Yes, I requested a refund because I had already returned to the salon once to have my hair “fixed,” and I don’t think I should be required to make a THIRD trip to fix the same service or have my hair bleached/processed three times in one month.
