It seems like the owner is complaining about someone who reviewed their experience they had in 2016 but it doesn't seem like they're willing to respond to the negative reviews about now. It makes sense why they changed the name, really unprofessional.

Great prices, especially for those with long hair like me
I went to them back in 2016 and I asked to get my hair styled with half head honey blond foils. They damaged my hair and it got so thin that my hair felt like wire. I had thick curly hair but now I have thin roots in my hair and I had to get most of my hair cut because of what they did.
I buy their shampoo and conditioner after I get my hair done and when I get home to use it, its already been opened and used by the hairdressers sick of spending $400 only to have this it happens a lot I hope they make sure their hair dressers stop doing this ripped off
