I had a hard time finding a stylist in the area. Dated techniques and inattention to detail left me with fried highlights and feeling pretty nervous about trying yet another stylist. Thank goodness I found Brittany. Not only is she an excellent colorist (they don’t call her blonde specialist for no reason!), but she is also so kind, funny, and smart- a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with. I tried to get an appointment since December of 2023. I got an appointment for January 29. She cancelled me that morning and asked to reschedule me. She rescheduled me for April 1. She cancelled me that morning, and asked to reschedule me. Days later, she finally rescheduled me for April 24th. She texted me yesterday she double booked and a bride was more important than me. Fine. I'm done. This woman is ridiculous and obviously doesn't care about her clients or know how to run a business. So I'll take my business to someone ... read more
