The salon is more expensive then the other salons in the area, yet the customer service falls far below what you would expect for the prices they charge. I was also told I would be charged $150 over a brief delay, which felt excessive. Afterward, I received multiple unwanted text messages, and they continued even after I asked for the messages to stop. Instead of de-escalating the situation, it only became more confrontational. Got my hair done by Paige a month ago and completely forgot to leave a review to talk about how amazing she is and how much I LOVE my new hair. I got K tip extentions for the first time after ALWAYS wanting extensions and I’m so obsessed with them I will never not have them. Also, I’ve never found someone who gave me the EXACT hair color I wanted, but Paige absolutely KILLED IT. With every service I have booked with my hair, the price was always told to me before hand & if not.. I can afford it x10, so that's not my point.. I just didn't feel welcomed, felt rushed, left semi-satisfied with my results. Not trying to bash your rep, but let the client know the prices before hand... very unprofessional and not a good environment at this salon. Went once and will never return, very overpriced for OK quality & OK customer service.. wish the best for them, but won't be returning.
