Sad when you make your appointment and they give it to someone else and then give an empty apology and gaslight you into thinking you're crazy. Happened before... this is the LAST time for me!! Time to move on. Inexcusable behavior in a service business. Treat all your clients with care and respect.
Customer service was nice but $326 for half head of highlights is way too pricey. It also took 4+ hours.
Hairdresser is not really following the customer needs. I told her don’t shear my hair too short, but she was counting. When I complained to the owner, she said to owner don’t give her difficult haircut to her next time, I don’t know what attitude she has!!!
My Wife Jennifer has been doing her hair at this place for about two years and counting. My money is well spent! Her hair always comes out amazing.
