She made my hair go blonde for the first time and was very upfront about the whole process before during and after , good energy and you can tell she really cares about her work. The color I showed her is very close to the color I got and I don’t hold that against her whatsoever tbh it was something that is hard to get on the first try but it still looks good fr and I got compliments.
