CARTER IS THE BEST. Not only is she absolutely AMAZING at hair, she is so kind and attentive. I can appreciate a perfectionist when it comes to my hair. I came to her once & never left, I am taking her to my grave!!
Carter has literally been a LIFE SAVER for my hair! She is always down for my changing/last minute ideas and always goes the extra step. I have sew in extensions and naturally dark hair that I keep blonde 24/7 and she still prioritizes my hairs health while giving me what I want.
