If i could put zero stars i would read this all the way through. (Bad customer service if your hair gets ruined) I came into this salon a couple weeks ago to get my hair more blonde, and drove home in tears. I extremely kindly messaged the stylist who did my hair, which resulted in me being pushed off saying i have to come back in, firstly i live over 3 hours away and the stylist is aware of this, secondly the only reason id be called to come back in is to schedule another appointment meaning id have to pay again and im unco... read more

I’ve been hesitant to share this because the staff here is genuinely kind, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never had such severe breakage from a salon in my life. I’ve been growing my hair out for my wedding for the past two years, and after getting full highlights done, a significant amount of my hair broke off. My hair went from rib-length to shoulder-length within days. I’ve been getting highlights for many years and have never experienced damage like this. Just beware.
