One of the best places for donuts and breads! However, more recent their cookies have gone down hill. The sugar cookies have been thin and really hard!! Their date filled cookies used to be my favorite but now they have less date filling and the cookie is so hard you can barely bite in to it. They used to have the best cookies in town too. But now I just go for the donuts and bread.
Hands down the best chocolate custard filled Bismarck ever!!! They aren't shy with their frosting. Also ♡ their fresh bread. A trip to the in-laws is not complete without Bloedows...and a box of tastyness to bring back to Iowa!
Not only do they have the best donuts, the service is great! Even when the line is out the door and around the corner, they get people in and out quickly.
I can pass up any other doughnut, as long as I know that I can have Bloedow's maple long johns when I visit Minnesota!
Honestly the best maple long johns in the entire world❤️ A little slice of heaven in every bite!!
