Yvonne and I worked together over 10 sessions to help identify what types of work roles are ideal for my personality type. She was a good listener and provided access to some great on-line tools that helped me explore different work options. I ended up staying in my current role with my current company due to the economy but I am much happier since Yvonne gave me the tools to cope and make my job work for me.
