I have been staying at the Blockhouse Life Perry for the last 3 months while training for a new job. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one would need. The customer service is the best! Communication with the host was always fast and friendly, they were always quick to provide help making accommodations for my stays. I will always choose Blockhouse whenever I am staying in Spokane! Thank you to the entire team at Blockhouse for providing such a great experience!
I stayed in Blockhouse Life Perry for a week as I was there for school and I honestly won’t ever stay anywhere else when I am in Spokane. The entire little community makes you feel safe and comfortable when you’re going to your blockhouse and the actual home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Renter beware. Units have a mix of broken furniture (broken beds, etc) and building defects (leaking roofs, etc). Would not recommend staying here. The service people try hard but are unprofessional and try to enter unannounced without gaining permission to enter the unit. We’ve stayed here twice and won’t be staying again after two sub-par experiences. The CLT designs themselves are cool but the finishes and maintenance are lacking, and the prices are pretty high compared to other options of similar finish level.
