We recently purchased a house with an indoor hot tub. When we started filling it, it became evident that there was a leak. I removed the side panel and located the general area that was leaking. The owners of this company CARE about their customers. This is a business focused on taking care of their clients AFTER the sale. Excellent and timely service. As a first-time pool owner, they were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended without hesitation!
I don't usually do reviews, but for those people who truly want an honest answer, here it is. We recently bought a home and with it having a pool, we wanted to make sure the chemical in it was balanced out at all times especially when you have kids getting in it. Let me just say these folks are amazing. Saved me a substantial amount of money when I thought I needed one thing and I didn’t. They came to my house and fixed my sand filter, brought the supplies I needed, put my pool steps in and left my pump running so it could do its job. Communication with this crew is A+. So nice to have such a knowledgeable team so close to where I live. Will be using them for all my pool needs, right down to opening and closing the pool. . Thank you so much for a great experience.
