Zack, Heath, Sarah and team were very communicative throughout the entire process. From planning, to execution. The took care of permitting, and worked directly with our township. The team answered all questions we had regarding mechanics at pool go live in a very timely manner. Thank you Blockco pool.
Thank god for Sara! I went all over town looking for some replacement hoses for my pool pump(since my didnt come with it for some reason), and walmart or menards didnt have them. So when I got to Blocko, Sara helped me get what I needed, even though they didn't have exactly what I needed. She helped saved my pool for a weekend birthday party! Thank you Sara!!! -TIM

I have found my experience to be beyond perfect…. I’ve received calls asking if everything is ok, questions answered on pH levels, chlorine levels, or anything. Their customer support is hands on 24/7. No question is ever dumb or anything too large or too small for them to handle. They delivered my jacuzzi in perfect condition and so very professional. Anyone who is ever thinking of a hot tub I highly recommend this lovely local business.
