Very empathetic and compassionate physician. Thank you for caring for my elderly father.
Completely disappointed with the lack of empathy and service provided for my elderly Aunt who has been a patient for years, can't even make an appt. "take her to the ER", we'll forward her records - ridiculous and sad. I'm confused why an ER appt. was recommended when it is clearly NOT an emergency??
