The way this. Company manages its properties is a slap in the face to the communities they are in. Case in point - Target and nearby Block properties at I-35 & 152. We avoid the area as much as possible post Covid (as that’s when it became very apparent Block is not reinvesting in their properties).
Not a serious company, advise everyone to be careful!!!
This company is a joke, and if anyone is looking for a building to lease, don't. Except if you want a bill for 3k to patch pot holes that never actually got patched.
Highly recommend avoiding this company to sell your small business. Severe lack of communication, follow up, appropriate processes, and commitment to truly and properly assist. We regretfully chose their services thinking their long history of success in their primary industry would also translate to their business sales. Instead of actively pursuing leads or properly handling interested prospects on our behalf, we were treated like nothing more than a number.
