I rented a home through Block Properties Management for 5 years, and my overall experience was absolutely pleasant. From the start, the leasing process was smooth and efficient and the staff was friendly and professional. The lease terms were clearly explained, and move-in went as expected. I have had Block Properties over the last year! I do understand that it can take time to get the building up to par with having a new company! I haven’t meet Chris as of yet but have meet a few of them! I’ve put in numerous complaints with and about another tenant who abuses my kids my guests and anyone that’s lives in my unit! I just get told to call the police every time! The police have better things to do then to deal with a rental matter ! I’ve sent videos and emails many times and even before them!
