overcharged for labor when they weren't even at my house the amount they said ridiculous

Block came out super fast to replace our water heater. The technician was neat, and did great work. I would totally recommend them.
Always fast and efficient
They came and left a gas leak. We called several times for them to come fix it. Not even a week later the water heater stopped working and we had to contact them again. They came out and said the part should be received around lunch the next day (a Friday) I had to again reach out to them to see if they were coming and they informed me then that they didn’t receive the part.
