I do not suggest these apartments to any one at all they lie a lot they raise prices in seconds guys they tell you something website is something. They fooled us for 6 days prices wise the ladies there lies on everything I have all the proofs what they did to us they even locked our application because we caught their lies. I would not recommend living at one of their properties. They allow managers and assistant managers to harass you if you leave a negative review. They allow assistant managers to put maintenance requests in and claim that the residents requested them. They don't provide a 24 hour notice even though state law requires it. They allow managers to have tequila tastings without having a liquor license which is required by law. I live at the new community, The View at Castle Rock and am happy to be at a Block Multifamily property. The properties are very nice and the people at the communities are friendly. We love living in a walkable area of town and the staff are professional and fun!
FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAVE ABOUT $1000 for extra charges when you end your lease. Ended our lease in the month of April. When we received our apartment that was supposedly move in ready, there were signs of pests (roaches), appliances were dirty and some insects were painted on to the wall. They did assist with the pest issue, but it was not supposed to be an issue to begin with since as I mentioned before, they promote move-in ready apartments.
