They allow their manager and assistant manager to write illegal maintenance requests to get into your apartment illegally. They don't follow state landlord/tenant laws. Especially the 24 hour notice law. They give you a 14 day notice and expect you to remember when they are going to enter instead of giving a 24 hour notice they just post it by the elevators. They allow their manager and assistant manager at the Equitable Building to get away with violating Iowa landlord tenant laws especially the 24 hour notice law which states that a 24 hour must be dated, written, and signed by the manager. They just allow them to post a notice by the elevators and that's it. Loved the coworkers and team building activities. Everyone wants you to succeed. Need more accountants relative to number of properties.
