FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAVE ABOUT $1000 for extra charges when you end your lease. Ended our lease in the month of April. When we received our apartment that was supposedly move in ready, there were signs of pests (roaches), appliances were dirty and some insects were painted on to the wall. They did assist with the pest issue, but it was not supposed to be an issue to begin with since as I mentioned before, they promote move-in ready apartments. Similar issue as another guy: Lived at WaterCrest 2+ years, always paid rent on time, but then I moved out and they immediately contacted a debt collections agency. I can't pay through the portal ("Current Balance: $0.00"). Why behave this way? Why tell me I have 30 days to pay a charge I just learned about, and then send my info to a debt collector? I have reached out to Melonie for a callback regarding concerns I have with The Clearing at One28, their new apartment complex, and she is allegedly too busy to return my calls; It seems their new property's Google reviews are starting to align perfectly with the ownership reviews. Locked out at Six and Park. Informed the manager and maintenance request yesterday that the door wouldn’t lock and no one got back to me. The door has now latched and now the electric keypad isn’t working and I am locked out. Called the manager and no one has answered. Please contact me asap, will be billed for locksmith price.
