Dr. Block is one of the rudest people I know and have ever encountered. She only cares about her rich friends that bring there kids into the office. Its all about the money. If you want your kid to be treated equally take them somewhere else. My son is 6 and he always told me how bad he felt there but I never listened until I went back there with him and saw how he was ignored and then when Dr. Block finally come to see him was there for like 5 seconds and then left. Dr Lisa Blocks office is above and beyond the worst Pediatric Dentist office Ive ever come across. They dont tell you what your paying for services. They dont take any sort of accountability for mistakes made. The staff is rude and unkind to children. They are very aggressive and its very clear the staff is the only thing valued in that office. Please do not take your small children to Dr. Block. My daughter is terrified of the dentist because of her experiences at Dr. Block's office. I have spoken to many parents over the years with that have had similar experiences at this office. I felt she was good technically but has a horrible bedside manner with children who are afraid. Her front desk ladies tend to be rude and very snotty. My regular family dentist suggested I take my daughter to a pediatric dentist because she was very fearful of dental procedures. The place they referred treated us rudely, so I looked for a different pediatric dentist, and fortunately found Dr. Lisa Block. What a difference! She and her staff made us feel very welcome, and my daughter's been a happy patient now for over 7 years. The experience in Dr. Block's office has been wonderful. i have attended this dental facility since my twin boys were 1 1/2 yrs old. They are the best. They are concerned about your child having a good experience at a young age and promote just happy visits to get them comfortable w/ the dentist office. They have fun sun glasses and make the experience as fun as it can be at the dentist. No only do they have TV's but they have a game cube in the waiting area.

My 2 y/o son had brain cancer and his new teeth were ruined from chemo. although my son hates dr's and cried the entire time the procedure was very fast and i felt very at ease for crying with my son during the process.. the Dr and staff were very kind even though we all had headaches at the end! The rooms are very kid friendly and they have popcicles too!

Dr. Block's office is very nice and relaxing. What's even better is when you go back to the patient are where there are televisions and toys everywhere. The dentist's chairs are set up in a fun way with every child in silly glasses to calm them. My daughter is terrified of strangers and although she cried, it was better than any other doctor visit we have experienced.
