The pain management clinic is discriminatory against patients who are neurodivergent and who have mental illness. Refused to make any accomodations for my sensory processing disorder during treatment so they dismissed me from the clinic and offered no further help or actionable advice. I spent so long waiting and hoping but they strung me along all those months for nothing. Waste of time unfortunately, and I feel even worse knowing my mental illness is what disallowed me from receiving treatment I need.

I attended the new clinic at Osborne Park and saw Dr Feizerfan who listened and examined me and he was really nice. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and even walked me to the pharmacy and literally saved me over $100 which is a lot of money for someone on a disability pension I cannot thank them enough. Plus free parking and not far to walk!

I've been a patient with the SCGH Pain Management department for over a decade, and having been to innumerable amounts of doctors, specialists etc, can easily say they are the most pleasant people I have ever come across. The receptionists go above and beyond, never once making you feel "like a number in the system", and Professor Veltman is a legitimately caring, pleasant man who knows his craft extremely well.
