The clients and environment harbor a place of integral work, a place to feel comfortable while being challenged, as well as a place to make lasting friendships.
The individualized workout programs and low coach to participant ratio along with a positive vibe make for excellent workouts. I am very happy with Block Fitness and consider my membership critical to improving my healthspan.
Every time I go in James is always so helpful. His knowledge of fitness is beyond his years. If you are looking for a place to transform your fitness, your life and your image. Block Fitness is rhe place. 5 stars all the way. Always clean and organized. All the staff is tremendous.
I did cancel my membership after a conflict with the owner. Very positive atmosphere with kind and knowledgable coaches. It was sad and unfortunate, but clearly my challenges were not a good fit. The staff are wonderful and I will miss going there.
