We’ve been living at Princeton Orchards for seven years, and it’s been a really comfortable and practical place for us. The open spaces and green areas make it feel peaceful and not crowded like some other complexes. They recently added plenty of EV chargers, which is great since I’m planning to get an electric car soon. I work from home a few days a week, and the clubhouse with its Wi-Fi and workstations has been a nice change of place. It was a very nice day. We spent the day outside. The grounds are beautiful. The apartment is small but cute.
This complex is disgusting. There's dog feces all over the place. Only one person is in the leasing office and he's a joke. They don't answer the phone, you aren't notified of important things such as road work that will close off the entrance/exit of the complex. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate by leaving the entry door open which is a security risk. The police swarmed the building I live in and there was no update given. I love living here. Very green and clean. It’s a great neighborhood near everything like shopping restaurants etc. Residents as well as the staff of Princeton Orchards are a pleasure. Apartment has lot of natural light that I love.
These are really great apartments in very convenience location in Dayton. The surrounding is so green and nature friendly. Apartments are spacious. Management is friendly and always available to address any repairs. The community has recreational areas including swimming pool, tennis court, and community hall. I would highly recommend these apartments.
