If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful area to come home to, this is it. It feels like a small, friendly neighborhood rather than a massive, impersonal complex. Maintenance is always on top of things—whenever I've submitted a request, they’ve handled it incredibly quickly. It’s a beautifully calm place to live, and the staff really looks out for the residents. Highly recommend!

I found this place online and manager was very accommodating and gave the best apartment. Maintenance is very easy to find and fixed the issues quickly.. recommend to be here for further ..
We are living in Princeton orchards from about 2.5 years .It’s a very friendly community and lively place. We attended many social events like Dandiya ,Holi , thanksgiving etc. Especially I liked doing fireworks together in the community. Also the apartment has in unit washer/dryer. The community has swimming book, basketball, volleyball and tennis court . The property manager and the maintenance team is also very friendly and responds quickly for any required services in a timely manner. We liked this place a lot.
