I have tried on five separate occasions to reach Attorney Spellman regarding non payment to the title company. The title company is withholding release of the final title policy for non payment.
Peller will not return phone calls or emails, we used him as the attorney on the closing of our house with multiple errors on his end and a complete lack of communication throughout and TO THIS DAY. Peller you are underqualified and incompetent as an "attorney", maybe flipping burgers at McDonald's is your true calling. Sure hope mommy and daddy didn't waste too much money on your fancy Syracuse University degree!
