Carmen Brooks makes my experience year after year so professional and seamless/organized. She is also a kind and personable person inside and out. It makes such a difference to me to have a person who is experienced and knows what she is doing but also is able to relate these concepts to me. I am not quantitative minded at all...and Carmen is patient and explains things to me but never makes me feel dumb for not knowing.
