Kanika Johnson at the 900 17th St NW office has cost me thousands of dollars in tax and penalties because of her mistakes, and she hasn't responded to my repeated calls and emails. Avoid this location at all costs.
BLUF: Don't go there--EVER. 1. They made a mistake on my taxes after I paid the preparation fees. I caught it and asked them to review it....then they charged me $90 more for "preparation fees"--they don't honor the Peace of Mind Guarantee. 2. Had an appointment in early May.
