Absolutely infuriating experience! We paid them to file a State tax form, and they simply forgot to do it. No notice, no apology, just negligence. To make matters worse, their customer service is essentially non-existent. Nobody answers the phone, and the automated system loops you in circles. Total failure on all fronts. Would leave 0 stars if that were possible! This location is horrible, tried to tell me they could not bring up my 2023 tax return that was filed with you guessed it…. HR BLOCK. Then had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay more money to fix a mistake they made. Horrible company, horrible location. The absolute worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time! Will never file taxes with them again.
Poor service, unknowledgeable "tax pro", and nearly doubled in price in the course of 1 year. I have been a loyal customer for the past several years but this year was such a poor experience I will never use H&R Block again
