Would leave 0 stars if that were possible! This location is horrible, tried to tell me they could not bring up my 2023 tax return that was filed with you guessed it…. HR BLOCK. Then had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay more money to fix a mistake they made. Horrible company, horrible location. The absolute worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time! Will never file taxes with them again.
Poor service, unknowledgeable "tax pro", and nearly doubled in price in the course of 1 year. I have been a loyal customer for the past several years but this year was such a poor experience I will never use H&R Block again
Very knowledgeable, friendly, fast.
Have been going to HR Block for over ten years and have always had a good experience. This was my first time at this office. At the end of my appointment I asked the advisor if he had my bank account and routing number for direct deposit of my refund as it is the same as previous year returns, he indicated yes. When I got home I reviewed the return and realized he had not completed the direct deposit portion of the return. In my attempt to communicate with him he indicated that there was nothing he could do since the returns... read more
