Miss Ivy is brilliant! I have been going to her for 20 years and would go no where else. She is detailed and tough. Once the IRS challenged my return. We called them up and explained they were wrong. They came up with another complaint, and she explained that, again, they were wrong and why. They gave up! David beat Goliath! We met the law and ... We won!
Run. This place is unprofessional and useless. I had an appointment with an advisor (Jasmine) on April 10. She ran the numbers for filing jointly with my spouse. I asked if she could see if it'd be cheaper to file separately. She promised that she'd run the numbers and get back to us, but then she dropped off the face of the earth. I did not hear from her before tax filing day. I messaged and called the office and they did not know where she was either. So on tax filing day I had to do it all myself via TurboTax.
