HR Block in downtown LA was a wonderful experience
Did not provide State Tax vouchers nor envelopes to mail taxes nor the address of where to even send the State taxes. Did not provide enough vouchers for filing federal taxes nor envelopes. Way overpriced for services received.
Betsy was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just all around awesome. I came in expecting the worst for this tax season and came out with a much better result. She took her time to explain things and I learned so much. Even better though was coming out of the appointment feeling empowered and much more prepared for next year (and life in general)!
I stopped in to see a tax rep 20 minutes before closing and the dòr was locked. Thru the door I could see a male in his 30's and an elderly woman at the reception desk, so I knocked. They both ignored me, I knocked again and they looked at me while ignoring me again. How rude. I guess they have so much business they can afford to ignore customers during normal business hours.
