This company (Block Advisors San Francisco Market Street) was SUPPOSED to HELP amend my tax’s for 2022 and 2023! Working with Ahn Nguyen has been a nightmare. She hasn’t emailed me back, called or even tried to reach out to help with my amend. I am getting penalized my the state of Arizona because this amend hasn’t been done yet. What an absolutely horrible experience. I’m never using H&R Block again for the rest of my life because of this. The woman was very nice, but even though we were doing our taxes in San Francisco California, she sent my return to Pennsylvania and never even verified my address. I was never given the option for direct deposit like I have in every other year of my life. It’s just very negligent and H&R Block has no accountability
