Pretty bummed about my experience. Booked and confirmed an appointment. I showed up and was told my advisor was not there and that I'd need to do a drop off. No big deal. Did the drop off with another advisor. I asked for an estimate, and was told it'd be $300. They promised they'd call me if the cost went higher than that. Didn't hear from anyone until I got an invoice for $600+. I asked why they didn't call like we had talked about and was just brushed off. "That's just what it costs."
