May Huang did an amazing job filing our taxes. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. It was the first time that paying our taxes did not feel painful. Highly recommend this branch and the excellent customer service provided by May Huang.
Don’t try to call these people. You will have the worst experience of your life. After 4 attempts, I finally got through to a person, but the person was not in the office in question. I wanted to find out if they were open for our appointment today because of snow. Of course, the only thing the person could tell me is the open hours, not whether they were actually open.
