Mo was the one who’s been doing my taxes for years, and honestly he was the best, and he charged me less. I'm not sure where he is now. Back in 2023 I had this lady named Lori; she was a little bit rude, in my opinion. Last year I had this lady named joy and she charged me $395, which is ridiculous! This year I am not going to do my taxes in this area. They will charge you a lot, and some of the employees here are a little bit rude

This is my first time using an in-person tax service. The lady was nice enough but $240 for about 1.5 hrs of time is ludicrous - not that I was warned of this exorbitant cost up front. She helped me file an extension and said that I was paying a little extra to avoid any interest fees. Well after my taxes were filed and accepted - via the same lady - I got a notice from the IRS that I owe MORE money.
