If it were possible to give zero stars I would. HR Block has been a complete nightmare, unprofessional to say the least. Here is what is happening to me~ HR Block incorrectly prepared my return and admitted to doing so with promises to correct the return timely and reimburse any penalties, well neither has happened. After one year, multiple phone calls and taxpreparers they finally filed the correct return, not so timely.
