I nevee actually made it in to my appointment because H&R blocked re-scheduled it twice. I equested an appointment online and had it confirmed same day, I took time off from work to have it done. Received a text that it was moved (didn't receive a call, didn't get an email asking if we could re-schedule, just a notification text); this happened twice over and I found out the second time that they let me schedule an appointment time on a day they were closed. I have used this block advisor for many years, but the lady I used retired had a great experience but now they give me this Beth Lavelle and I had nothing but problems mistakes on my tax return and my tax return being delayed, which may not be her fault, but she did Make mistakes on it and when I reached out to her supervisor, she act like it’s no big deal A lot of people are getting held back well here we are in August.
