I went to Block Advisors yesterday to file taxes for the first time (I am a recent grad) and received amazing service. What seemed like a scary experience turned into being a very pleasant task. Everyone there was so friendly and went above and beyond. Specifically, Erica Spires, my Tax Pro, was amazing. She even went over time to help me with an issue regarding a tax form and did it with a smile and the kindest attitude. I 100% reccomend Block Advisors and especially Erica.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding the tax advance service offered by H&R Block. I have been a loyal customer for the past six years, utilizing both in-office and online services without any prior issues. However, my experience this year has raised serious concerns.
