Connie is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations. I typically prepare my own taxes but wanted someone to take a second look at my tax situation to see if I missed anything that could reduce my tax bill. Connie saved me thousands! She is worth every penny! I will be coming back every year from now on. She is an absolute gem and really cares about her clients.
Worst 3rd party tax company ever!!!. I usually go through H&R block, wish I did. My tax preparation guy Arnold ignored my calls. Front desk receptionist, very rude when calling. My tax paperwork didn't match the information Arnold inputted, which caused a delay. Nobody ever apologized for the unprofessional service or mistakes made. If you are a first time customer, you're better off going elsewhere.
I have been going to this location for at least 5 years. Over those years employees have come and gone, I expect this and have really never put much thought to it so this should be a job that with education should be executed with the same accuracy that the previous years preparer did. Sadly this year's tax preparer "Arnie" left much to be desired, I always include a cover letter to hopefully eliminate questions and allow for my requests to be factored in.
